Answer: Yes. For any location within Birmingham City Centre, we charge a flat £30 fee to collect up to 20 archive boxes (up to 200kg total weight). If you have significantly more than 20 boxes, we can arrange a custom quote or multiple trips.

Question: How do I access my files once they are stored?

Answer: Unlike managed archive companies, we give you your own access code. You can visit your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You do not need to call us or wait for a delivery—just drive in and grab what you need.

Question: Is it secure enough for legal/financial documents?

Answer: Absolutely. Our facility is “humanless” but heavily monitored. We have 24/7 CCTV, gated access with unique user codes, and optional individual CCTV so you can monitor your unit 24/7 on your phone. You are the only one with the key to your specific room.

Question: Do you provide the boxes?

Answer: We sell high-quality, double-walled archive boxes for £4/each. However, you are welcome to use your own boxes. We just ask that they are sturdy enough to be stacked if you are using our Valet service.

Question: Can I add shelving to my unit?

Answer: Yes! To maximize space, we highly recommend using metal shelving racks. You can bring your own, or we can install racking in your unit so your boxes are organized and easy to access.
