Adding Valet Service to your booking is simple and integrated directly into our online reservation flow. Just follow these three steps:

Step 1: Choose Your Space

Select your preferred site (Digbeth or Duddeston) and pick the unit size that fits your needs.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

Fill in your basic personal information to create your account.

Step 3: Add Valet Service at Checkout

On the final confirmation page, before you complete the booking, look for the “Extra Services” section.

You will see an option for Valet Service next to a Quantity input box.

  • Standard Collection: Please enter a quantity of ‘1’ to add the standard collection service to your order initially.

Note: Our standard service base rate covers collections within 5 miles and under 200kg. If you already know your specific needs exceed this (for example, you are located further away or have an exceptionally large volume), you have the option to increase the quantity here. However, don’t worry if you aren’t sure—our operations team will verify the exact requirements with you on the consultation call.

What Happens After You Book Valet Service?

Once you have completed your booking with the Valet Service add-on, our team swings into action to organize your collection. We want to ensure the service is right for you and that there are no surprises on the day.

Here is the step-by-step process:

1. The Operations Review Our Operations Manager will review your booking. They will check the distance from your pickup address to our facility and estimate the likely volume based on the unit size you selected.

2. The Consultation Call We will give you a quick phone call. The purpose of this call is to:

  • Assess the rough volume and weight of the items you need collecting.
  • Transparency Check: Our standard valet service covers collections within 5 miles, with a volume under 2 cubic metres, and a total weight under 200kg. If your collection looks like it will exceed these parameters, we will advise you on any potential additional costs before finalizing anything.

3. Appointment Confirmation Once the details are agreed upon, we will schedule a convenient collection appointment time that works for you.

4. Collection Day Our professional, uniformed staff will arrive at the agreed time in one of our branded vehicles. You just need to have your items packed and ready, our staff will take photos of your packages, handle the loading, and transport them securely to your unit.

Important Note: Getting Your Items Back

Please be aware that the valet service fee paid at the time of booking covers the collection only—moving your belongings from your doorstep securely into your storage unit.

This initial fee does not include the cost of redelivery at the end of your stay. When you are ready to move part or all your items out, you are welcome to collect them yourself for free. However, if you would like us to deliver them back to you, you will need to book and pay for a separate Valet Service for the return journey at our then-current rates.
